PepcDB | XML Validation and Deposition Tool

PepcDB Data File Validation:
  • The following form provides on-line data validation of PepcDB XML data files. The validation program performs a variety of consistency checks against the current PepcDB XML schema. [PepcDB Schema Documentation]
    Data files must satisfy these consistency checks to ensure the included data can be faithfully loaded into PepcDB.
    Download an annotated example data file (schema version: pepcDB-v9.2.xsd).
    Download an annotated example data file (schema version: pepcDB-v9.3.xsd).
To Use The Validation Form:
  • Select or enter the center name (required).
  • Use the "Browse" button to select the XML file to be uploaded.
    New! Uploading a zipped or gzipped file is now available.
  • Select a schema file.
  • Press the UPLOAD button to upload and check the XML data file.
  • If the file meets all requirements of the defining XML schema, the file will be saved in the system as a data source.
  • If problems are indicated, please correct the file and upload again.
  • Explanation of program output.
